Q:How to test whether each capacitor is qualified?

A:1 Strict aging sampling ensures that each capacitor has a life span of more than 3,000 hours:

    (1) under 1.6 times of rated voltage 450 v high voltage, ambient temperature 65 ℃, 70 hours testing;

    (2) under 1.8 times of rated voltage 450 v high voltage, ambient temperature 65 ℃, 70 hours testing;

    (3) Ensure the capacity and loss are within 0.3%.

    2 After machine testing, 100% manual test was conducted, and the damage rate was guaranteed to be less than 0.3%.
