Why all the capacitors have the error procent :±5%

When we answer the question, we must know the strandard of China at first. Our country allow  ±5% of error procent and printed in capacitors. However, as the one of the earlist capacitor  manufacturers for over 28 years in China, we can promise that  the error procent  of our capacitors must less than ±1%
